For a delicious and super easy dinner--Wildtree Basil Chicken Pesto is the answer! I made this recipe up 7 years ago when I first heard of Wildtree. The family loved it!
BASIL PESTO CHICKEN
Ingredients:
Chicken (Your choice. We used boneless/skinless breasts.)
Ground Pepper
Seasoned Salt (Like Lawry's)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray pan with cooking spray or a brush/paper towel with Basil Pesto Grapeseed Oil on and lightly spread around pan so chicken will not stick.
Place chicken in pan. Lightly drizzle Basil Pesto Grapeseed Oil on each piece of chicken. Sprinkle Basil Pesto onto each piece of chicken covering the entire piece. Sprinkle ground pepper and seasoned salt.
Bake for 45 minutes. Check to make sure inside is not pink. Enjoy!
