Absolutely Onion Spinach Dip with Beer Bread

SERVINGS: 16
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 (10 ounce) bags frozen spinach leaves
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Wildtree Absolutely Onion Blend
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 small cans water chestnuts, chopped or diced
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 package Wildtree Beer Bread Mix (with or without Flaxseed; regular or whole wheat), prepared
PREPARATION:
Defrost frozen spinach and drain well. Place in a large bowl and mix in sour cream, Wildtree Absolutely Onion Blend, mayonnaise, green onion, and water chestnuts. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 - 4 hours.) Serve with Wildtree Beer Bread of choice. Enjoy!
